Shipping & Returns

We offer free shipping and free returns on all orders within the EU.

For countries outside the EU, we ship with UPS Worldwide:

• Orders up to $210 – Shipping cost: $21

• Orders above $210 – Free shipping

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.


How to Make a Return

If you wish to return an item, simply follow these steps:

  1. Send us an email at hello@lenorastudios.com stating your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. We will reply with a return label and instructions for sending the package back.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and include a note with your name and order number.

  4. Drop off the parcel at your nearest GLS (DK) or UPS location, depending on your region.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within a few business days.

Returns from within the EU are free of charge. If you’re outside the EU, return shipping costs must be covered by you unless agreed otherwise.
