Q&A WITH sofie

Q: How do you think your best friend would describe you?
A: I think my best friend would describe me as reliable and supportive, someone who’s always there when needed. They’d probably also say that Im a combination of an extrovert and introvert. That I’m easy to talk to and love to have a good laugh, but I also like my own company and recharge. I think they’d mention that I’m driven and passionate about what I do, but I also try to keep a good balance and make time for the people I care about.

Q: What is your go-to outfit when you want to feel confident and stylish?
A: My go-to outfit for feeling confident and stylish is a minimalistic, modern look with a blazer and jeans paired with sleek boots.

Q: Who or what has been your biggest inspiration in developing your personal style?
A: My biggest inspiration in developing my personal style comes from a mix of social media and real life. I love exploring Pinterest for minimalistic, modern outfit ideas and following influencers who align with my aesthetic. But I also draw a lot of inspiration from people I see in the streets—there’s something exciting about seeing how others bring their individuality to life through fashion in everyday settings.

Q:
What will be your next fashion purchase?
A:
My next fashion purchase will be a simple black double-breasted coat. It’s a timeless piece that fits perfectly with my minimalistic style, and it’s versatile enough to elevate any outfit while keeping me warm and chic during colder months and early spring.

Q: Why is jewelry important to you?
A:
Jewelry is important to me because it’s such a personal way to express my style. Even the smallest pieces can elevate an outfit and make it feel complete. I also love how jewelry often carries sentimental value—it can tell a story, hold memories, or remind me of special moments and people in my life.

What does a normal workday in your life look like?

6:00 AM – Morning Routine
I wake up and make myself a cup of tea or matcha while getting ready for the gym.

7:00 AM – Workout
I love to do a refomer class or a hiit class in the morning, to get my body moving and awake.

8:30 AM – Time to work
I arrive at my workplace where I work parttime as a campaign coordinator.

5:30 PM – Off work
I leave work and do grocery shopping or head home.

6:00 PM – Time for dinner
Dinner time, I love to eat early if possible.

7:00 PM – Unwinding
Unwind and watch a movie with my boyfriend. Sometimes I also prepare for upcoming collabs, answer mails and tie up loose ends.

9:30 PM – Lights out
I always try to go to bed early so I’m well-rested for the next day.

A coffee date

For a coffee date i would wear a turtleneck knit, jeans and loafers and with this outfit I would pair the Lumi Earrings. Since I’ve never learned to drink coffee, I always go for a chai or matcha. I love to go to Louise Roe for a matcha and for a chai I prefer my local bakery Skipper. Then I can also get something for my sweet tooth.

LUMI EARRINGS

Shopping day

For a shopping day I would wear a knit, suitpants, long coat and a big bag - with this outfit I think the Haze Earrings fits perfectly.

Where would you go shopping?
Toteme has really grown on me within the past year. I don’t shop there often, but when I really want to invest in a good piece of clothing or accessory, I definitely prefer to go to Toteme. Plus their new store in Copenhagen is so stunning.

HAZE EARRINGS

For dinner

For a night out I would wear shorts, tights, high heels, nice top and my Celine bag - with this outfit I would wear the Sage Earrings.

Can you recommend a great place for dinner?
I often don’t go out to eat in Copenhagen, but a recent restaurant I’ve went too was the italian restaurant - Ambra. It had such a cozy atmosphere and beautiful wooden interior. Definitely worth a visit!

Sofie's favorite cafés in Copenhagen

1. The Roe Bar
This is one of my favorite places for a great matcha and a BMO (bun with cheese). There's such a cozy atmosphere there and I also love to browse around in the Louise Roe store which is also located within the café.

2. Apotek 57
If you're on the hunt for a really good lunch this is the place to go! The café is located right next to the Kings Garden, so I love to go for a walk there afterwards.

3. La Cabra
As you already have figured out I love a good matcha, and at La Cabra they both make a good iced matcha and warm matcha! Try out their pastries as well - so yum!
